Picture yourself riding our comfortable Devinci bikes on some of the most bike-friendly trails and routes that you will find anywhere. From our new site at Cap’s Bicycle Shop in Sapperton, New Westminster, you have direct access to the Central Valley Greenway. Our new location is also central to many other great bike trails; Queensborough Loop, Poco Trail, Pitt River Greenway and more. Field Trips

We offer guided cycling field trips on our recommended rides. On these separate, quiet bike trails and lanes, our guides emphasize cycling safety and rider awareness. Along the way, they share local First Nations history, offer insights into salmon runs as well as ways to protect river environments. Middle and High Schools tour the Central Valley Greenway from Caps to Burnaby Lake and back. This amazing 15 km ride follows the Brunette River to Burnaby Lake, offering beautiful scenery and lots of wildlife in a safe cycling environment. Elementary Schools stay in the quiet forest beside Brunette River. Both have lots of interpretive stops to discuss First Nation History as well as salmon and river rehabilitation projects. A winning combination: Caps & Fraser River Bike Tours

Fraser River Bike Tours & Rentals is now part of Cap's Bicycle Shop in Sapperton, New Westminster. We decided to locate with our long term partner to better provide bikes to our customers in a more central location to the area's great riding trails. (see riding map section and download your choice.) Now you can choose from our fleet of high end Devinci comfort cross country bikes or set up a custom rental agreement from a selection of new bikes from laidback cruisers to carbon fiber road bikes all from Cap’s extensive inventory. We will also provide bike racks if you wish to haul our bikes to the dozens of amazing outlying bike routes.

Bike Tours

Our guides are knowledgeable in local First Nation History, the salmon runs in the Fraser and local rivers and the area's history of colonization. They also are seasoned riders, have their first aid and carry radios and cell phones. We know what it takes to provide you with a safe, fun and informative ride no matter what your riding level may be. We outfit your group with bikes, helmets and raingear if needed.
